Yolanda Stanczak is a registered pharmacist and pharmacy consultant with over 25 years of clinical practice in the County of Essex. Her passion is in seeing the development and growth of independent community pharmacies, having worked in the area and developed relationships for over two decades.
In community practice, Yolanda has led the expansion of services such as medication reviews, smoking cessation consulting, minor ailment prescribing, vaccine injections such as flu, COVID, and RSV, and routine injections including vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and denosumab (Prolia), in an owner-operated clinic-style pharmacy built around personal relationships, clear communication, and convenient access to care. She is known for collaborative, evidence-based care—working alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, appropriate prescribing and better health outcomes. She has also contributed to pharmacist education as a preceptor, helping mentor future professionals in real-world practice.
